Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items

In rare cases where an item is damaged or defective, we are happy to assist.

Report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing marketing@coolco.sg. Include clear photos/videos showing the defect or damage, along with your order number.

Resolution Options

After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement product.
  • Store credit for future purchases.
  • Shipping fees for replacements, if applicable, will be covered by Coolco.

 

Final Sale Policy

All purchases are final.

Refunds or returns are not offered for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Unsatisfactory results, as skincare outcomes can vary by individual.
